When added to warm bathwater it cleanses the pores and has a detoxifying effect on the skin. It also frees the skin from any dead skin cells.
For a relaxing bath, add 100 g of Dead Sea salt to hot water and enjoy a 15-20 minute bath. Then rinse the body and apply a moisturizer to the skin. Increase the pampering effect by adding a few drops of essential oils to your bathwater.
For a footbath, place 150 g of Dead Sea salt into a small tub of hot water and soak the feet for approximately 15 minutes. Dry the feet with a clean towel and remove any callused skin with a pumice stone.
